Minimal collection by default.
Signal Hockey’s public site is designed to work without reader accounts and without asking for personal information simply to read the news.
Technical infrastructure
Like most websites, hosting and security infrastructure may process technical data required to operate the service, such as IP address, request headers, technical logs and security information.
Audience measurement
When Vercel Web Analytics is enabled, Signal Hockey uses it to understand aggregate page views, referrers, devices and the general origin of traffic. According to Vercel’s documentation, Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and page-view data is designed to be aggregated rather than associated with a reader’s identity. We do not intentionally send personal information in custom analytics events.
Reader accounts
No reader account is required in the current public version. If accounts, newsletters or personalized features are added later, this policy will be updated before public deployment.
Advertising
Before enabling advertising technology that requires additional notice, choice or consent, Signal Hockey will update this policy and the consent experience as applicable.
Sale of personal information
Signal Hockey is not built around selling readers’ personal information to advertisers.
Policy updates
This page will evolve with the site’s features. Material changes should be published here in clear, understandable language.
